How long do I have to complete the program?
The Inspire Mentorship One Month Intensive must be completed within one month (max 50 days) from initial call to closing call. And must be fully scheduled within the first three months from purchase.
Rescheduling / Cancelation Policy
You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the start of the scheduled call, free of charge, by emailing jess@jessmackenzie.yoga to change the date and time. Please give as much notice as possible.

If reschedule is requested 12 hours or less before the start of your call this will be deemed as a late cancellation and you will be charged a late cancelation fee of £40 for the blocked time.
Refund Policy
The one month intensive program is non-refundable and non transferable under any circumstances. This is effective immediately after purchase.

Assisting Jess' Yoga Class
For those located in or near Edinburgh who have purchased the 4-month mentorship course, there is a chance to assist one of my in-person yoga classes, subject to availability. Please note that the opportunity to assist in a class cannot be guaranteed, and in the event that it does not occur, there is no entitlement to a refund or exchange.
Class Analysis
The yoga class analysis is typically conducted virtually. However, if the class is in Edinburgh and depending on availability and time, there is a possibility that I may be able to join the class in person. Please note that this is not guaranteed, but I will make every effort to accommodate it.
