What is the cancelation policy?
The £250 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, you’ll receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the £250 deposit.

If your initial payment at checkout was less than £250, the remaining balance of the full deposit will still be due.

Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable in full, and the entire amount paid (or owed under a payment plan) will be retained.

Does my £250 non-refundable deposit still apply if I use a discount code?
Yes, your £250 non-refundable deposit always applies. Discounts are taken off the total retreat price, not the deposit amount, so if you cancel, the deposit is still retained. In the event of cancellation, the full £250 deposit remains payable, even if your initial payment at checkout was less than this amount.
