The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the retreat, then you may receive the difference between the amount you paid and the non-refundable deposit amount. If cancellation is made less than 60 days before the start of the retreat, then we will retain the entire amount.

Every purchase includes a non-refundable deposit which is equal to one third of your total payment. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and is effective immediately from purchase.

- If you select the three month payment plan, your first payment will act as your deposit to secure your space and is non-refundable.

- If you select the single payment then please note that one third of this payment acts as your deposit and is non-refundable.

- If you select the six month payment plan, your first TWO payments will act as your deposit to secure your space and are non-refundable. You must pay both payments.

Our private huts are priced per room, not per person. Double occupancy means the price includes both guests sharing the same private hut.

If your plus one cancels, the room rate remains the same. You will still be responsible for the full payment of the room, as we are unable to accommodate single occupancy in double rooms.

You will be solely responsible for finding a replacement for your plus one space.

Unfortunately, no refunds are available if you cannot find a new guest to share your room. The full room rate applies regardless of occupancy.
